This service is always provided free of charge through Heartfelt — a volunteer organisation of professional photographers who gift families treasured photographic memories when they need them most.

How to Organise a Heartfelt Photographer

Heartfelt manages all bookings to ensure the closest available photographer can respond quickly.

3. The session is gentle, quiet, and guided by you
There is no pressure, no posing, no expectations.
I work slowly and respectfully, following the lead of the family and medical team.
