hey, my name is ellie

I'm going to be honest... I'm terrible at talking about myself. I stumble over my words, I never know what to say, and writing an 'about me' page is basically my nightmare.

But put a camera in my hands? Completely different story.

I started Haven Photography because I believe photographs are one of the only things that actually last. The flowers die, the cake gets eaten, the day goes by in a blur.... but the photos stick around forever. I'm based near Warrnambool, Victoria, I shoot weddings across Australia , and I notice the tiny things nobody else does.

Weddings are my heart, but honestly, I just love photographing people.


Couples, families, newborns, births, boudoir, branding.

If there's a real moment in it, I want to be there for it.

Life doesn't fit neatly into one category and neither do I.
